General FAQs

We have designed all our bottled cocktails to be able to ship nationwide at ambient temperatures. Just pop them in the fridge when they arrive and they’ll be good for at least 2 months. All cocktails come with use by dates on the labels.

Our liquor license only permits delivery of alcohol via courier, but you are welcome to collect all bar kit, glassware and non-alcoholic items from our warehouse in Kinglsand, Auckland. Just leave a note at checkout if you would like to collect!

We aim to ship within 1-2 business days but some periods are busier than others (Christmas!!) Check the banner at the top of our home page - we’ll communicate shipping times if they are outside of 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not pack at weekends and couriers don’t deliver at weekends either!

Courier timing guidelines (non-rural):

Auckland - next business day

North Island - next business day or day after

South Island - 2-3 business days

Frustrating, right!!??!! Once orders have left B.P.H.Q there is a degree to which it’s in the couriers hands. We recommend your first step is to contact the couriers directly and drop us a note as well. We can then follow up with the couriers - collectively we’ll get the deliciousness to you! All courier and contact info will be in your shipping confirmation.
